Extended Pre-production: provides extra expense costs incurred by the
production company due to postponement, interruption or cancellation of the
production resulting from an accident, illness or death or a declared artist(s),
director or animal prior to the start of principal photography including
kidnapping.
Cast Insurance: provides coverage for extra expense costs incurred by the
production company due to postponement, interruption or cancellation of the
production resulting from an accident, illness or death of a declared artist(s),
director, any declared person as a cast member or an animal during the filming
of principal photography.
Negative Film & Videotape Insurance: provides coverage as a result of
direct physical loss, damage or destruction of materials defined as raw film or
tape stock, exposed film (developed or undeveloped), videotape, matrices,
lavenders, interpositives, positives, working prints, cuffing copies, fine grain
prints, color transparencies, cells, art work and drawing, software and related
material used to generate computer images, sound tracks and tapes used in
connection with a declared production.
Faulty Stock, Camera and Processing: provides coverage as a result of
loss, damage or destruction of raw film or tape stock, exposed film (developed
or undeveloped) recorded videotape, sound track and tapes caused by or resulting
from fogging or the use of faulty materials (including cameras and videotape
recorders), faulty sound equipment, faulty development, faulty editing or faulty
processing and accidental erasure of videotape recordings.
Props, Sets and Wardrobe Coverage (PSW): provides coverage on rented or
owned props, sets, scenery, costumes and similar theatrical property against all
risk of direct physical loss, damage or destruction occurring during a declared
production including loss of use to rental companies.
Miscellaneous Equipment Coverage: provides coverage on rented or owned
camera, camera equipment, sound and lighting equipment, post production and
editing equipment, portable electrical equipment and generators, mechanical
effects equipment, grip equipment, mobile dressing rooms and honey wagon trailer
units and similar miscellaneous equipment against all risk of direct physical
loss, damage or destruction occurring during a declared production including
loss of use to rental companies.
Extra Expense Coverage: provides reimbursement to the production company
for any extra expense incurred to complete principal photography of a declared
production due to loss of, damage to or destruction of property or facilities
contracted by the Insured for use in connection with a declared production.
Third Party Property Damage Coverage (TPPD): covers loss from damage or
destruction of property of others (including loss of use of the property) while
the property is in the care, custody or control of the production company and is
used in a declared production.
Post Production Cast Insurance: provides coverage for extra expense costs
incurred by the production company due to an accident, illness or death of a
declared person designated for this coverage prior to the completion of post
production of a declared production.
Office Contents: provides coverage on business personal property usual to
office occupancy including furniture, fixtures, equipment and supplies against
all risk of direct physical loss, damage or destruction while property is on the
scheduled premises or at other locations used in a declared production and while
in transit, including loss of use of such property.
Commercial Vehicle Physical Damage Coverage (CVPD): provides coverage for
non-owned, hired, loaned or donated motor vehicles against all risk of direct
physical loss, damage or destruction while vehicles are being used in a declared
production including loss of use of such property.
Money and Security Coverage: provides coverage for loss of money and
securities used while in or on the premises or filming locations.
